London fashion darling!

It's London fashion week and so the fashion world is all a buzz with what's hot and what's not for the seasons ahead. Me personally? I prefer to rest my feet at home and browse through the shopping sites online - it will be delivered to you in the next couple of days (you don't have to wait until the next season!) there's not catfighting or pushing for front row seats (there's always room on my sofa!) and everything I look at is going to be a lot more wearable!

So, in the spirit of opting for the ready to wear collections, I'm picking up one of our new 'ready to wear' Eye Palettes - the only problem is picking out which shades to wear. Do I go for the 'in the buff' collection for everyday wearing, or choose 'green with envy' for something a bit more dramatic? Hmmm answers on a postcard please!

It's the end of the world as we know it (and I feel fine!)

It's Big Bang day and if there really is a possibility that the end of the world is nigh, like most people I'm planning on going out in style! So for one day only it's definately worth forgetting about the credit crunch, the bills and bank statements, and having a bit of fun!

Back to School?

Another term starts and suitably the weather is taking a turn for a worse, reminding us all what it was like to get up that little bit earlier, pull on our Winter School Uniform and start a new term! Ouch!

If you're anything like me you will have taken advantage of the one days sunshine at the weekend ... and am still paying the price slightly! So here are my top tips for soothing and disguising the aftermath of sunburn!

Soothe skin with a moisturiser that loves your skin. You want to avoid dry scratchy skin at all costs so I've reached for our Honey & Almond Body Butter that will moisturise skin for up to 24 hours ... red skin will hopefully be banished by the morning! Another top tip is to use a bronzing product to instantly disguise any redness, like our Powder Sunshine - not just a product for the face, this can be applied anywhere where you need a bit of colour and will perfectly disguise any sun-scorched skin!
