Some food for thought (I've just read this in this month's Easy Living.)

If you wake up with puffy eyes in the morning (and you haven't spent the previous evening weeping) this could be because you're sleeping face down ... this causes an accumulation of fluid in the eyelid and voila you've got a puffy eye look that sticks with you all morning.

Instead (and this isn't exactly rocket science) try to sleep with your head faced upwards. No more fluid accumulation ... Wake up bright eyes!

Problem solved.

The nominations are out ...

And it makes you proud to be British! This years nominations for the Oscars have been announced and as predicted Kate Winslet is there along with a number of British nominees flying the flag for the UK.

Soon the speculation will start - who's going to where who, and what. For Kate, I'd recommend she keeps the eye make up simple (after her previous speech at the Golden Globes). Indulgent tip just in time for the weekend!

It's 2009 - first day back in the office for many of us and it feels like we've never been away!
