Here comes winter, and we're a hive of activity at head office (it keeps us nice and warm!) Grace has just returned back from her trip to the Lebanon yesterday full of news ... I'm going to ask her to write another blog entry later on this week, so she can fill you all in on it. But needless to say she was very excited, had a fab time and we're all really looking forward to watching this team grow.

And with colder days, thoughts inevitably start to turn to Christmas ... now I know it's too early to start talking to all of you about Christmas ... but we do have some exciting plans so you'll just have to watch this space ...

"Landed in Beirut safely last night and now putting the finishing touches to the launch programmme for our lovely Lebanese Consultants.

The event is set to be amazing - it will be held at the Regency Palace Hotel - where Miss Beirut is held each year, so am sure our gorgeous products and fabulous Consultants will all fit in very well to this prestigious venue."

Another fly over for VIE at home

It's Goodwood revival this weekend which takes place just down the road from VIE at home office. This means there's lots of activities around VIE at home head office today with people rushing to the windows ... the sky is filled with vintage plane's galore!

Beauty School qualifiers!

What a great day we had at our first Beauty School. So many top tips from our celebrity Make Up artist, plus a bit of celeb gossip too! Our Beauty School achievers watched and learned - in complete silence (I have never seen 50 girls so quiet ). They watched enthralled as our Make Up artist created a daytime look on no other than our Events Manager Susan Boissier. Susan we hope you got lucky last night as you looked fab!

Next up it was the attendees turn to practice on each other and we definitely have some fabulous Make Up artists in the making. Everyone went home with a certificate, a silver make up box full of goodies, loads of top tips (I know the secret to applying liquid eyeliner now!) and looking a million dollars!

Here's to the next Beauty School in 2010. VIE at home Consultants - Make sure you are there, its not to be missed!

Time for a change to the old routine

We've all been talking this morning, and we can't help but feel (despite the sunshine) there's a chill in the air. It seems like autumn might be drawing in and with evenings feeling darker I think we've got to face the inevitable and say goodbye to the summer.

So now is always a wise time to start thinking about making small changes to your skin care regime to help keep your skin glowing through the colder months. Walking in a VIE wonderland ...

Yes! We were singing yesterday and getting into the Christmas mood at our Driving Force meeting. Lovely to have our potential car drivers there too - it won't be long until they're motoring in VIE cars! Alison Constable, Jenny Wood, Sam Brown, Karen Mellors, Rosie Brewster, Judy Condick, Kay Butterworth and Karen Dawson - I can't wait to see you whizzing around the country.

What a really great day we had…lots of fab new training, new make up looks, gift ideas, sales tips and techniques for hostess and customers, lots of news on promotions and incentives and lots of well deserved recognition.

Recruiting is going through the roof….bumper month for new people joining the busines, and its all going to a good cause too with £5 for every new recruit going to CLIC.

A brilliant atmosphere…we are all going to be sparkling and shining all the way to Christmas! Have fun at your Manager and Branch meetings this month….make sure you go as these agendas are the best yet!

Here comes summer!

We're having some unusual September sunshine here at VIE HO today and we've heard a rumour that it's going to last for up to 10 days - aah the British summer, we knew it would arrive eventually!
