Burning the candle at both ends?
It's the image that's making headline news today ... poor Ann Widdecombe was last night cruelly photographed on her way home after another day of Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals. Another week of being voted in and a campaign to make her the overall winner, it doesn't sound like Ann will be leaving our TV sets anytime soon, so here's some tips to help overcome fatigue and keep on dancing ...
Drink plenty of water: A dehydrated body will function less efficiently and makes it almost impossible to perform those elaborate dance moves.
