How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 and takes 7 - 10 working days (Mon-Fri). Due to Sale demand, deliveries may take the maximum number of working days to deliver. Sometimes we run promotions to get reduced delivery or free delivery. If you sign up to our newsletter you'll be the first to hear when we run this kind of promotion.

How do I return something?
We hope you'll love your purchase from VIE at home. If however you're not entirely satisfied simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date the order was despatched for a full refund or replacement(s).

Arranging for a refund
  1. Call us on 0845 300 8022, choosing returns option. An advisor will explain how to return your item.

  2. You will then receive an email containing a returns form (if you are returning a Pierre Lang Jewellery item you will receive two forms). Complete the form(s) and return your item(s) to the following address, ensuring items are packaged adequately to avoid damage in the post. We strongly recommend you get proof of postage before returning to us.

  4. On receipt of the package please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be actioned. As part of this refund you will also receive the cost of postage you paid.
Exceptions to our refund policy
  • False Eyelashes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If however they are damaged or faulty we will refund or replace within 30 days.
  • Pierced Earrings can only be returned if unworn or faulty.
  • Personalised fragrances (bluebox fragrance) can only be returned if faulty.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned item(s) lost in transit unless proof of postage is obtained.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. This includes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Sorry but unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Can I have my order delivered to my work or another address other than my home?
Yes you can have your order delivered to anywhere we deliver to. This is the case even if it's your first order with us.

I have already placed an order but need to change the delivery address.
Contact our Call Centre team on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm) and we may be able to change this for you.

I want to buy something for someone in the UK but I live abroad. How do I do this?
You can place an order in the normal way. You'll need to use either a Visa or Mastercard. Sorry but we don't take American Express at the moment.

I have not received my order but had confirmation it has left your warehouse.
It could be that Royal Mail has already tried to deliver it. They should leave a card informing you they have your order at the sorting office. Royal Mail can re deliver or you can collect the order. If a card has not been left we would still strongly advise that you check with your local sorting office as on occasion cards have not been left and should your item(s) be there, this will ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. If this is not the case then email us on services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm) and we'll be happy to help.
