Please check your order confirmation email. This confirms the cost of delivery and whether you used a promotional code to get a reduced delivery charge. If you're still unsure, please email us at services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm).

Yes. Our website is secure. The details you give us when you place an order are transmitted safely. You can check the security settings on our website. When will you take the payment?
