How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 and takes 3 - 7 working days. Sometimes we run promotions to get reduced delivery or free delivery. If you sign up to our newsletter you'll be the first to hear when we run this kind of promotion.

How do I return something?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our items, except earrings. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. However, if they arrive damaged or faulty we will accept them back for a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date the order was despatched, providing they are unworn and returned in their original packaging.

To return an item:

• Call 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.00) and we'll give you a return request number
• We'll either arrange a date for collection if it weighs over 4kg, or we'll ask you to return the item using our freepost address.
• Print off 2 copies of the returns form (one for you to keep that will get stamped by the Post Office and one to include with the returned item)
• Fill in the returns number given to you by customer services
• Return the product and the form in the original packaging
• Please obtain a proof of posting (which is free)

We'll refund you within about 21 working days of receiving the goods. If the product is not in perfect condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please double check the washing instructions on some homeware items. Your statutory rights aren't affected.

How do I return an item from abroad?

You'll need to contact our customer services team on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.00) or email them at services@vieathome.com.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. That includes the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Sorry but we can't use the next day service to all of Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. We can deliver using our standard service to these areas.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes we now deliver to the USA and South Africa. The delivery charge for either country is only £5.  Your order will take up to 10 working days to deliver (however we do everything we can to get it to you quicker!) All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that VIE at home cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

Can I have my order delivered to my work or another address other than my home?

Yes you can have your order delivered to anywhere we deliver to. This is the case even if it's your first order with us.

I have already placed an order but need to change the delivery address.

Email us on services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday -Friday 09.30 - 18.00) and we may be able to change this for you.

I want to buy something for someone in the UK but I live abroad. How do I do this?

You can place an order in the normal way. You'll need to use either a Visa or Mastercard. Sorry but we don't take American Express at the moment.

I have not received my order but had confirmation it has left your warehouse.

It could be that Royal Mail has already tried to deliver it. They leave a card informing you they have your order at the local sorting office. Royal Mail can re deliver it or you can collect your order. If this is not the case then email us on services@vieathome.com or call us on 0845 300 8022 (Monday to Friday 09.30 - 18.00) and we'll be happy to help.
