Do you gift wrap?
Yes we offer gift wrap on most of our items. Look out for the little gift icon next to the item you are looking at. Your item will be sent out in a pretty gift bag with a bow. You can even type your own special message.
If I order an item for someone else will they see the price?
No, the paperwork will just show the name and address of the sender.
Can I add a gift message to my item?
Yes, most of our products can be gift wrapped. Just look out for the Gift Wrap icon. This costs just £2.00 and includes a gift bag, plus your own personalized message.

I haven't recieved the discount I expected

How do I add my discount code to an order?

I can't find what I am looking for on the website
It may be the item is out of stock, or it may have been discontinued. If a product is out of stock you will be able to click a link underneath the item and we will email you to let you know when the item is back in stock.
