What is Aromatherapy?
Simply put, Aromatherapy is the use of fragrances to help restore your well being, melting away stresses and strains. It relies on the principle of restoring harmony and balance to your day ... and in the modern world with its highs and lows we could all use a helping hand. Each Pure Essential Oil comes from a natural source; flowers, herbs, plants, trees or spices. And each oil has its own natural fragrance and gentle healing benefit to help promote good health for body and mind.
